Organizing Widgets
As you build up widgets, the home list and tags keep them manageable.
The home list
Your home page (/app) is a query-filtered list of your widgets. By
default it shows the widgets worth surfacing — the listed ones (plus
standalone leaf widgets that aren't tucked inside a container). A filter bar
lets you widen the view:
- Include unlisted — show widgets you've kept off the default list.
- Include child widgets — show widgets that live inside a container.
- Archived widgets stay hidden unless you opt to include them.
Listed vs. unlisted
The listed flag controls whether a widget shows on the home list by default. Mark building-block or embedded-only widgets as unlisted to keep your home view focused on the dashboards and reports you actually open.
Tags
Tags (like "dashboard" or "report") group widgets across your account. Attach tags on the widget form — you can even create a tag inline — and manage the full set under Tags in the app.
Archiving
Archive a widget to retire it without deleting it; it drops off your normal views but can be brought back.
